Kashshops Seller Terms & Conditions
- Required document and details about Seller during registration is mandatory.
- Seller account only is approved after all the document and details provided by Seller.
- GST Registration Certificate is mandatory for all Sellers.
- Upload the neat and clean copy of the document, if find any issue. So seller account can’t be approved.
- Vendors should inform to Admin before change any details about his/her seller account.
- Admin can be approved seller account if all the details are valid otherwise admin can disapprove the seller account anytime.
- Seller will be charged 20% admin fee on every order.
- 1% TCS will be charged on the seller’s total earning amount of an order. As per Govt. Rules & Regulations.
- Seller will get their amount after deducted the admin fee which is 20% + 1% TCS (Seller’s Total Earning).
- Seller will get the total amount of all orders weekly on Thursday of every week.
- The seller should handle them all packaging responsibility. Packaging should be safe and secure.
- Kashshops will not provide any packaging material to the seller.
- If the product will damage or destroyed during transportation, so this is not our liability. So, pack the product safely.
- Print the packaging slip and paste on consignment carefully shipping address should visible.
- Shipping will be free for the packet weight up to 1000 grams. If more than 1000 grams, shipping charges will be charges 90/- per 900 grams extra.
- Shipping is allowed only in India.
- The seller cannot sale any illegal goods.
- Any face of human should not appear on product photos.
- The seller should mention all details about the product.
- The seller should mention the ‘Origin’ of the product, It is mandatory for all products.
- The Seller must be mentioned the HSN code of product during add the products.
- Admin can disapprove the product if find any discrepancy.
- Refund to customers in case of:
- Delivery of damaged or defective goods.
- Items lost in transit.
- Products not meeting buyer expectations.
- Improper colour, size or fit of the product.
- Delivery of fake used or expired goods.
- Product not matching with the product description.
- Non-delivery of freebies or combo goodies.
